The typical move will begin with the enquiry stage where we will ask for some information regarding your move so we have a clear idea of your requirements. We will arrange for a pre-move survey at your home with one of our Move Consultants who will assess what you would like to send, discuss in detail what exactly you will require for your move and advise you on the move process as a whole. Our Move Consultants have plenty of experience and industry knowledge enabling them to give you expert advice on the options available to you.

The next stage is the Service Proposal, which will outline the cost of your move and provide you with all of the information you need. This will always include all known costs based on the information provided to us. When proceeding for your move, our fully trained, full-time packing team will bring all of the required materials and professionally pack everything that you need to be sent. You are not required to do anything.

In the office, your shipment will be overseen by one of our Move Coordinators who can assist and advise you regarding documents required and the status of your shipment.
